Physical and Chemical PropertiesChemical quality This product is colorless or slightly reddish crystals, soluble in acidic aqueous solutions, ethanol, ethylene glycol and organic solvents. Commercial products are generally salts formed by pure products and sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid, or salts formed by mixing with organic acids. This product should not be bathed with sodium chlorite.
UseUses this product is used for wool, natural silk, nylon, acetate fiber, triacetate fiber whitening. Also can be used for cotton, cellulose fiber, acrylic whitening. The dosage is 0.05% ~ 2.0%. Added to the synthetic detergent for washing fabrics, can improve the appearance of the fabric after washing whiteness.

520kg N, N-diethyl m-aminophenol and 560kg acetoacetic acid were sequentially added to the reactor, and 100kg anhydrous zinc chloride and 18kg zinc powder were added under stirring at 60 ℃. Then gradually raise the temperature to 110-120 ℃ and react for 1.5-2.5 hours. Steam out by-products ethanol and water. Cool down and acidify with acetic acid below 50 ℃. Let stand and layer, cool with an ice salt bath. The fluorescent whitening agent SWN is obtained by crystallization, vacuum filtration, washing with water, vacuum drying, and commercialization of the oil layer.

520kg N,N-diethylm-aminophenol and 560 kg acetoacetic acid were successively put into the reaction kettle, and 100 kg anhydrous zinc chloride and 18 kg zinc powder were added at 60 ℃ under stirring. Then the temperature is gradually increased to 110~120 ℃, and the reaction is 1.5~2.5 h. By-products ethanol and water were distilled. Cooling down, acidification with acetic acid below 50°C. Let stand in layers and cool with ice salt bath. No layer crystallization pressure filtration, water washing, vacuum drying, commercial treatment to obtain fluorescent whitening agent SWN.
